Point Tourism Publications Ltd produces free maps for visitors to many of the tourist centres in New Zealand.

It all began in 1993 with a map for Taupo. Because this original map was easy to read, other tourist centres sought a similar style of map for their domestic and international tourists.

Advertisers recognised the popularity of the maps and have been keen to promote their businesses in these publications.
